The soul power in this episode is Greed and the vessel is Contract for soul. Devil gives Sam a task to get Gary, a spoiled rich guy to sign on a contract to sell his soul to the devil. Sam tries many of the age old tricks but unfortunately Gary is very clever and successfully avoids all of the attempts from Sam to get him sign on the dotted lines.
