I know that I have to wait until next year to watch another season of the ‘Reaper’. But I get very impatient, when it comes to my favorite things. So these days, all I do is to watch the previous season, just to stop myself from missing the series and the stars of the show.

Yesterday night I finished watching the series for the second time. You remember the last episode of the first season. It was one of the most exciting and thrilling episode of the season and also one of the most perfect ways to end the season. The episode was named ‘Cancum’. In this episode Sam had to deal with the demons. In this episode, the demons are all set to hurt Sam, whom they consider to be the son of devil. They believe that they may not be able to stop the devil, but they have the power to hurt Sam. Sam who doesn’t know what is happening with him is all confused and thinks he is seeing Steve everywhere. On the other hand, Sock falls for a female demon, who feeds off human life.

Whenever she kisses him, he gets a rush of energy and instead loses a year of his life. Soon a revelation is made by the Sam when he encounters the soul. The soul tells Sam that the Devil and his father are lying to him about his birth, leading him to find out that he may be the Devil’s son. The season ends with this revelation. And, all I am thinking is, what kind of affect will that have on Sam. I am sure that this revelation will affect Sam’s life, but how and in what way, I don’t know.

That is the main reason why I am waiting for the second season so desperately. Now you understand how difficult it gets when they leave things in the middle of everything. I just hope that I get to see the second season as early as possible.

After CW’s announcement to pick up the series for one more season, Reaper fans are feeling a little relaxed. Second season will have 13 episodes…. Something is better than nothing after all!

Well, star cast of series is also very excited to be back on TV and in an interview given to some TV channel; Bret Harrison himself accepts that second season would be very entertaining and humorous. Bret Harrison is portraying Sam Oliver on series. He’s a young man who discovers on his 21^st birthday that his soul has been sold to some devil, even before his birth. Here’re some extracts of his interview-

When he was asked about the second season, he answers, “In season two, we’ll see Sam’s pi***d off a lot of demons, he’s pi***d off a lot of people in the underworld, and there are these demons that are going to be coming after him.”

How is his working experience with the rest of cast? Bret says that they’re the best cast and crew, I’ve ever worked with and we hang out probably more than we should. Next question was ‘What would you sell your soul to devil for”? Bret tells, what should I sell my soul to devil for? I don’t know!

How Reaper is different from other supernatural shows? His reply was , “Well, I just think that we’re doing something that I think has been done before but a big thing [we're adding] is humor.”

So, Sam doesn’t reveal too much about upcoming season. Obviously, these are called celebrity styles…. But you don’t worry buddies, everything would be explored on our TV sets, we just have to wait till the second season premiere.

So, finally all the doubts are kicked out and Reaper gets a second life. CW has recently announced that this cult-favorite supernatural drama will return for one more season. Series will return for 13 episodes midseason and will join supernatural on the Thursday nights.

Hurrah!! Feeling so satisfied after I’ve got this news as Reaper was one of my all time fave series and having on more season means network is serious about the show. Thank good!! All rumors of cancellation were just a fake. Believe me, when all comedy dramas are being cancelled and when I read somewhere that CW is planning to cut its comedy department, I was sure- no more of Reaper. But it’s back and I am happy to have my fave show once again.

Such a great series Reaper is??? Show has a devoted fan base and most recently series has averaged about a 1.0 rating among adults 20 to 45. Now is the exact time to discuss: what will happen this time on show??? Well, I think it will have answers to the following questions-

What the heck Sam’s parents are?
Are his parents’ demons?
Will Tony help Sam?
Is Sam Devil’s son, what after all this is?

So, I have my list of questions prepared with me and looking for answers. Let’s see what they do have to air. Ah!! Can’t wait for the second season… show is just great and hope the upcoming season will prove it once again.

Remember the Reaper season 1 finale ‘Cancun’ or not??? If you don’t then, let’s take you in a little flash back….. On this episode, we saw that monsters still have the plans for Sam as they plot to override the devil. Last scene shows Sam deeply involved in romance with a devil. So, it was the end to first season of series….

Well, as we do know that it doesn’t end in a sufficient manner and still cliffhangers are to be solved. So, another season will be here… when…. Don’t know yet. I think they will announce in the next one or two days about the return of series …. As per my knowledge for TV series, Reaper is a show which deals with demons but not too much cruelty is shown on the series…. That’s why it’s a favorite show of all age groups even including the kids also who don’t wanna anything more than animation shows….. I’ve watched all episodes from first season so expecting much more entertaining episodes from second season… if it ever comes… if series returns, definitely, there’ll be much more entertainment and enjoyment so wanna see it back!!!!!!!!

What will happen on second season??? Of course, we’ll come to know whatever was left unsolved during the first season of series. However, I am pretty sure that series will back but still have some doubts because of the trend of canceling show. If you’ll see, many shows have been cancelled after the first season… as such Moonlight. So, no one knows what will be the future of this great show….hope cancellation worm is not looking to cut this comedy drama!!!

Reaper was produced by the ABC Television Network and by the Mark Gordon Company. Series begins on September 25, 2007 with series opener entitled ‘Pilot’. Initially, we’ll were introduced to Sam Oliver who is wondered why his parents are so easy for him. He’s enjoying his life too much and it’s so easy for him to get anything he wants or requires. WOW!!! He was in his ideal world …..

But a sudden change makes everything altered when on his 21st birthday Sam realizes that his soul has been sold to some devil by his parents before his birth and now he’ll have to act as a bounty hunter for him. His only one target is to get back all those souls who’ve managed to escape from hell. Okay, just tell me one thing…. If it would have been happened to you…. What could have been your re-action……. Well, me oh! I could have committed suicide. Bravo Sam!! Who continues to face the unexpected and also impossible challenges for a human being…. But as he continues the things… he feels that searching for souls is much more interesting than his stupid job at the Work Bench.

Well, the best part of the show is The Devil …. Really I liked his character…. Even he was the one who gave the series a lot and all fans of this comedy drama are also the fans of the devil. We saw something that can never be expected from a devil when he offers Sam’s dad his life when chances of his death were very bright.

So wholly Reaper was a good drama which seems over after the season first as I don’t know whether any official announcement is made for another season or not!!!!!!! I really want to see the future of a scene added in season finale when Sam becomes deeply involved with a demon….. Let’s hope Reaper will back… wait is going on……

Reaper is an American Television comedy drama which centers on Sam Oliver. Sam’s life seems good and throughout his life, he always wonders about the behavior of his parents towards him. Right from his childhood, his mom and dad are so easy on him. Whatever he wants or requires, whether its’ sports, school, career plans, he got everything. As he can do whatever he wants, so he drops college and joins a dead beat job. So, this was Sam’s so easy life before his 21st birthday appears.

Everything takes an unexpected turn when on his 21st birthday, Sam discovers that his parents has sold his soul to a devil and it was done even before his birth. All this begins before Sam’s birth when his dad was stricken with a fatal illness. Satan, the devil approaches his parents and offers them his dad’s life but they’ll have to sell their unborn kid’s soul to him.

So, finally Sam comes to know that he must have to serve as a bounty hunter searching for the souls who have escaped from the hell. Initially, Sam refuses to accept this game of fate but changes his mind realizing the results of breaking a deal with monster.

Sam’s journey begins as he must become the new Reaper to get the escaped souls back to hell. Sam finds his new assignment much more stimulant as compared to his customary duties at the Work Bench. Series was premiered on September 25, 2007 and 18 episodes have been aired yet. His supporters and fellow cast members are: Sock, Ben, Josie. Series follows him as he tries to keep his secret hidden from his boss Ted and his girlfriend Andi.
